Frequent light dusting is recommended as dust and soil can be abrasive and potentially damage the finishing of your leather. Occasional wiping with a warm and slightly damp clean cloth will prevent dust and oils from building up. Surface marks can be removed with a clean white eraser. Raw leather weaving items do not have any protective layer and will stain if you spill food or wine on it. Blot excess liquid immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth or sponge, do not rub. If necessary, use clear, lukewarm water and gently wipe the spill. Dry with a clean towel and allow to air dry.
